Biwott and Mugeni Advocates was created by two pioneering advocates who realised that the legal market was ready for a new approach towards the practice of law.
Our firm is structured to partner with our clients and keep at pace with their legal needs, as a result we operate differently and think differently.
Our approach to legal services is based on the belief that it does not have to be inaccessible, intimidating and litigious. We believe that it is easier, cheaper and faster to be proactive about legal issues instead of being reactive.

We assist our clients on all aspect of establishing their business operations in Kenya and obtaining permits. We also advise on business related laws and regulatory schemes.
We identify any changes in law and ensure that our clients’ activities are in accordance with the law we do this most effectively through compliance trainings.
We also draft and negotiate various business contracts and agreements, including distribution, procurement, general terms and conditions of sale or purchase.
EMPLOYMENT & LABOUR RELATIONS
We provide a full spectrum of Employment Law services including Employment litigation, retrenchments, drafting of contracts and all other matters related to employment law. We endeavour to support our clients by aligning their requirements with the correct employment Law practices and procedures and provide holistic solutions to clients to assist them in managing and mitigating all labour-related risks.

Partner
Gloria is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya, she prides herself on meticulous attention to detail, a close bond with clients and a robust approach to bringing matters to finalisation as soon as possible.
She previously practiced law at the Office of the Attorney General - Kenya and the Law Firm of LJA Associates LLP.
Specialisation
Dispute Resolution (Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation), Private Client matters as well as Employment and Labour Law.

Partner
Allan is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya, he serves as a Board Member of Brother Andre Medical Hospital, a Maternal Child Health Centre operating in Nairobi, Kenya.
He previously practiced law at the Law Firm of A F Gross Advocate and LJA Associates LLP.
